Tonight (6/8/21 at YBT), instead of our regular Tehilim shiur, I wanted to go over four "tefilah techniques" I've recently discovered and am going to try to implement. The first one is something I mentioned in an earlier shiur, but the other three are applications of concepts and perspectives I've learned from reading "Radical Acceptance," by Tara Brach, and which are consonant with my current understanding of tefilah. If you try any of these techniques, please let me know how they turn out!
